This Refund Policy describes how you may cancel your Digital Legacy Guard subscription and request a refund. SmartKit Labs uses Paddle as its payment provider and merchant of record; Paddle processes all payments, cancellations, and refunds on our behalf.
Digital Legacy Guard is offered as an automatic-renewing subscription. The current offer is US$59.90 for the first 2 years of access, after which your subscription automatically renews at US$29.90 per year until cancelled. Prices are in United States dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will continue to have access through the end of the paid period you have already purchased. To cancel, use the subscription management options in your account, if available, or contact us at support@smartkitlabs.com.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of Digital Legacy Guard, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial transaction. Refund requests made after this 14-day period are generally not provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds apply to the original payment method used for the purchase and are processed by Paddle. The timing of any refund appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us if you believe those rights apply to your purchase.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Paddle and SmartKit Labs reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concern directly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The current version is always available at this URL.
